Magnic Microlights- Quattro Set

Wirklich eine geniale Lampe für Räder mit 'Felgenkneifern'. Die Montage entpricht dem Wechsel von Bremsen, allerdings war bei mir eine neue Einstellung der Bremse )lösen des Bremskabels, ausrichten und befestigen der Microlights, nachstellen der Zentrierung) nötig, was jedoch auch bei Bremsschuhen wechselnder Hersteller gemacht werden muss. Zum Wechseln der Bremsbeläge muss man die Microlights ebenfalls ausbauen, was jedoch keine große Arbeit darstellt. Der Generator stellt sich automatisch nach, wenn sich die Beläge abnutzen.
Von der zunächst angekündigten Blinkerfunktion konnte ich jedoch keinen Hinweis mehr finden, was mich aber nicht wirklich stört. Sehr empfehlenswertes Produkt, wenngleich ich 3 Jahre (!) darauf gewartet habe. Werde ich sicherlich wieder kaufen...

Ich finde den Vorgänger "Magiclight" schon genial. Und die begleiten mich seit 2018 bei Wind und Wetter, an meinem Mountenbike.
Mit den "Magnic Microlights" ist jetzt auch mein Renner ausgestattet und in den ersten Herbsttagen überzeugen sie durch zuverlässige Ausleuchtung. Einfache Höheneinstellung am Licht und der Weg ist auch bei Nässe ausgeleuchtet. (Zugegeben 20Lux sind keine Flutlichter doch es reicht um sicher die Straße zu beleuchten.) Durch die sehr kompakte Bauform und solide Verarbeitung machen sie einen sehr robusten Eindruck. Die Montage ist so einfach wie Bremsschuhe wechseln.
Für alle kompromisslosen Minimalisten, ein unbedingtes MUSS.
Oder die Emanzipation von der Batterie ;-).

I also had to consider the size and placement of the lights since the Brompton folds. There is slight contact with the left headlight and the chain near the tensioner when the bike is folded, but the contact seems negligible and harmless to all parts involved.

Überragend! Einfach nur überragend. Die Befestigung am Fahrrad ist natürlich etwas umständlicher als bei herkömmlichen Lampen. Aber dank der sehr guten Anleitung ist die Befestigung auch kein Problem für Menschen mit zwei linken Daumen. Und einmal befestigt und eingestellt ist Fahrrad fahren so gedankenlos möglich wie noch nie. Niemals mehr Gedanken mehr ob ich heute Abend noch im Dunkeln nach Hause muss und dazu sieht mein Fahrrad, im Dunkeln und am Tag einfach ästhetisch aus. Noch ein schöner Effekt ist, dass ich mir nicht mal Gedanken machen muss, ob ich dass Licht anschalte oder nicht. Sobald ich fahre leuchte ich vor Freude, genauso wie mein Licht mit mir.

Ich kann nur sagen ein sehr überzeugendes Licht. Die Leuchtkraft ist mehr als ausreichend und ich fahre damit auch ohne Probleme durch unbeleuchtete Parks. Mit einem Mountainbike einen dunklen Pfad im Wald runterzufahren wurde ich mit diesem Licht jetzt allerdings nicht empfehlen :D.
Ich besitze die Lampen jetzt seit knapp drei Monaten und habe diese auch nach einer Einbauphase von einer halben Stunden schon den ganzen Winter benutzt. Sobald ich in die Pedale treten leuchtet es vorne und hinten auf. Ich musste nicht mal mehr nach justieren. Und die Lampen kann ich in der Höhe so positionieren wie mir der Lichtkegel am besten gefällt. Somit kann ich zum Beispiel den einen Lichtkegel kurz vor meinem Fahrrad scheinen lassen und den anderen etwas mehr in die Ferne. Beide Lampen nach vorne haben eine gute Lichtkraft. Dadurch dass der Lichtkegel auch noch an meinem Rad entlang leuchtet wird meine Felge auch noch hell erleuchtet und ich bin so besser sichtbar. Genauso hinten. Ich fühle mich mit diesen Lichtern sehr sicher im Straßenverkehr bei dunklen Verhältnissen. Das einzige kleine Manko ist, dass ich mir wünschte es gäbe auch vorne ein Standlicht. Das hintere Licht leuchtet ohne Probleme mind. 5 Minuten gut sichtbar weiter. Das Vordere Licht ist sofort aus, wenn man stehen bleibt.

Alles in allem bin ich super zufrieden und würde es auch sofort wieder kaufen. Ich bin mir sicher, dass mir mein Licht noch lange erhalten bleibt und wenn MagnicLight ihr Nachhaltigkeitsversprechen einlöst dann kann ich mich bei Problemen auf Ersatzteile freuen :)
Vielleicht gibt es ja noch irgendwann ein vorderes Standlicht zum Nachrüsten.
