Magnic Microlights & Wega stand for durable, low-maintenance technology. But even with high quality, something may fail after many years. That is exactly why we offer our repair promise.

🛠️ Repair instead of throwing away

Thanks to the modular design, many components can be replaced or upgraded easily – often by customers themselves. A defect therefore does not automatically mean replacing the entire light.

How it works – reorder a spare part or book a repair in the webshop

If you need a spare part or would like us to repair your Magnic Light, you have several easy options:

• Order spare parts directly in the webshop: Individual parts such as light modules, cables, protective stickers or mounts can be reordered directly in the webshop.
• Conveniently book the repair service: Through our webshop you can book a repair. You send us the defective part, we inspect and repair it and then send it back to you.
• Repair it yourself: Thanks to the modular design, you can carry out many repairs yourself. Our installation guides & videos will help you.
• Take-back of defective modules: We take back parts that can no longer be repaired or have been replaced so that suitable components can be reused or professionally recycled. More information is available in our take-back system.

Our repair promise is more than a marketing claim: it is part of our concept for durable, resource-efficient mobility. Many Magnic Light lamps have already been in daily use for more than 10 years. Instead of replacing complete products when something fails, we aim to repair, replace or reuse individual components whenever possible.

📦 Take-back & refurbishment

We are happy to take back defective or no longer needed modules – for refurbishment, reuse of suitable components or environmentally responsible recycling. This helps create the longest possible product life cycle.

* Subject to spare-parts availability. Repairs are also possible for older models as long as the required spare parts remain available. We aim to support all product ranges for the long term.
