Shipping

We ship orders from Germany. The shipping methods, costs and delivery times available for your delivery address are displayed during checkout before you place the binding order. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, we ship after receipt of payment.

Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and other charges. These are levied by the authorities of the destination country and are borne by the recipient unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Payment by bank transfer

If you choose advance payment by bank transfer, you will receive the payment details by email after completing the order. Please state the order number as the payment reference so that we can allocate your payment correctly.

A discount of 3% on the goods is applied for bank transfers where shown during checkout. Shipping costs and any duties are not included in this discount.

Other payment methods

Other payment methods are available where displayed for your order during checkout. The applicable conditions and information are shown before the binding completion of the order.

Delivery and returns

After receipt of payment, we process your order as quickly as possible. The actual delivery time depends on the destination country, shipping method and product availability. Information about the statutory right of withdrawal is available in our withdrawal information.
